This past Saturday, some members of the band traveled to Athens in order to perform at OMEA District 17 Solo & Ensemble. At Solo & Ensemble, musicians perform in front of judges, who then rate their performances. The highest rating a performance can receive is a 1, or superior, rating. Our band brought home five superior ratings! The musicians also earned eight excellent ratings and two good ratings. The results are as follows:
