The Scioto County ABLE Program offers a wide range of ecucational services in numerous locations throughout Scioto County.

Services include the following
    * Prepare for the GED test.
    * Obtain the reading, writing, and math skills needed to get        or keep a job.
    * Upgrade academic skells for tichnical training/college.
    * Learn to help children with their school homework.
    * Learn basic computer skills
    * Employment Skills.
    * Family Literacy.
    * Life Skills.
    * Early Childhood Education.

Program Eligibility

Adults 18 years of age or older can enroll. Sixteen year olds must be officially withdrawn from high school and be employed, authorized by an Age and Schooling Certificate (Work Permit).

                                    All classes are FREE!

Students who pass the Official Preactice GED are eligible for a $65 fee waiver to take the Official GED at no charge
